Cost-Effective Solution!

Just over a year, I have been with bluehost, and I must tell you that what a great difference there is between my previous host 1and Internet and bluehost. It was such a terrible customer support, poor uptime, response times, etc… with 1and1 hosting. But, after switching with bluehost, I really don’t have any complaints with bluehost. The tech-support guys appear to be friendly and experienced. They answer my issues in a professional manner and within minimum response time.

It’s the first time I have used a cPanel based host. I had to learn the characteristics and basics of the cPanel control panel in which the support guys helped me a lot. Overall, the response times are fast, and haven’t experienced any downtime until now. If you actually read their Terms of Service, you will find that it’s not really unlimited. The larger number of files allowed in an account is 200,000 and databases cannot be larger than 2GB in a single database. However, it really didn’t matter to me as it was sufficient for my requirements. Hence, I would recommend BlueHost to most of the people.

Being a Bluehost customer really feels amazing. The features like unlimited domain hosting, email accounts, free domain, free sitebuilder, anytime money back guarantee and their 24x7 support makes it a fantastic service. Their familiar approach make you feel like that they really care about you making the whole experience painless. However, as I have a very slight knowledge about the web hosting service, it was a bit complicated for me to understand everything. I believe it would be the same with other hosting providers.

"Bluehost was great until now, but not anymore after looking at their support and backup services. I have been with Bluehost for a few years and never face such constant issues, which I had experienced in the last week. There were slow loading and timeouts issues constantly going. Whenever I tried to file a complaint to the technical team, I used to get the same useless cut and paste email. They are good in giving excuses.

The last week, I couldn’t control my anger, when I saw my site crashing. I again contacted the support team and asked them to look for the issue. Instead of solving the issue, first they blamed me for uploading a malware to their server. And when I told them that, I haven’t updated my site since the last few weeks, they changed their mind and said that it must be the Concrete5’s issue. That time, I realized that, their support services are the worst and their support executives are inexperienced. They really don’t know anything. Along with the site crash, the backup was totally screwed, due to which I had rebuilt my site. Thanks to Bluehost! I am really upset due to such service provided by Bluehost. I would suggest everyone to keep the backups, 24x7 excellent support, and uptime guarantee in mind when looking for a valuable web hosting service."

I have been using web hosting services since a long so I have a bit knowledge about the web hosting services. But, I was very disappointed with Bluehost’s services. For Customer support I would definitely rate them below average. Its not that bad, however, Bluehost is a pretty big web hosting service provider and I think it should be better in all aspects. As compare to the previous years, they have been going below average performance wise. You will definitely experience some downtime with Bluehost nowadays.

Regarding the price, current price would be fair if they work more on other aspects where they are below average. And since, it is not reliable as compare to other similar hosting providers in industry, the price is not worth it. I would rate them 5 out of 5, just because they offer cPanel which is very easy to understand and use.

Bluehost is just great! I have really enjoyed hosting my website at bluehost over the majority of hosts I have used in the past. Not, much days have passed I have switched to bluehost when I really fed up with GoDaddy support. When I signed up with bluehost, it was an instant setup and my hosting account was setup instantly. The only thing I needed to do was configuring my wordpress site in cPanel.

The support executives are much helpful and handle my support (wordpress) issues easily no matter it’s a morning, afternoon, evening or night for them. They have always responded quickly to my problems. I would definitely recommend Bluehost to my friends and the reason is their prices which are extremely cheap and easily affordable even for a small blogger.

It’s been a couple of years now I have been hosting my websites with Bluehost Hosting Company. So far, I have realized that it is one of the best and qualified hosting services I have ever signed up with. There are a couple of things I would like to express here.

1st is – The support they have offered me until now is really incredible, moreover along with the normally the support offered via “email ticket” they have a Toll Free Number and Live Chat service which is available 24x7 to help clients especially, when you don’t have any idea about the web structures in general. They are really tolerant and most of the time they find out a solution for your issue very quickly.

2nd is – Their hosting plans are so affordable that you can host unlimited domains just for $4.95 per month. Additionally, you get a free domain from them once you complete the signup process. They too have an affiliate program, via which you can make real good money simply by referring other people to host their websites on Bluehost servers.

3rd is – You are offered with around $100 credits to spend it on Google Advertising.

4th is – Whatever unlimited things are mentioned on their website is real like unlimited email accounts, unlimited domains, etc… I have seen many hosts who charges per email account created.

For me, Bluehost is an excellent host, I really liked them.
